Classic Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup whole milk, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tsp vanilla extract
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Pour mixture into ice cream maker. 3. Churn according to manufacturer's instructions. 4. Freeze until firm.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream
1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1. Cream butter and sugars. 2. Mix in vanilla and flour. 3. Stir in chocolate chips. 4. Freeze cookie dough into small pieces. 5. Prepare vanilla ice cream and mix in cookie dough pieces before freezing.
Strawberry Sorbet
2 cups fresh strawberries, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp lemon juice
1. Puree strawberries in a blender. 2. Heat sugar and water until dissolved. 3. Mix sugar syrup, strawberry puree, and lemon juice. 4. Chill mixture. 5. Freeze in ice cream maker until firm.
Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
1 cup whole milk, 2 cups heavy cream, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp peppermint extract, 1 cup mini chocolate chips
1. Combine milk, cream, sugar, and peppermint extract. 2. Pour into ice cream maker and churn. 3. Stir in chocolate chips. 4. Freeze until ready to serve.
