Looking for "Upper Class" ice cream? Look no further! Head on over to Costco.

So some genius has created a child between a macaron and an ice cream sandwich, and figure out how to get it into our freezers. Thank you "Mr. Sophistication of Taste." It's a Macaron Gelato Ice Cream Sandwich, and I got these ones at Costco.

Just so you know, kids have no idea how good macarons are...they don't get it. They also probably think, "what's the big deal with these things? Isn't just a soft cookie?" They just don't appreciate the finer things in life, do they? Or, do they?
