You're lucky, if you've had these before. They're super good, and look funky and fun in those natural bowls. You can find them at Costco, sometimes, when they're not sold out.

What I love about these, is the presentation. Some genius decided that it would be cool to serve up sorbet in an orange peel, figured it out, and did it! Bravo, for your tenacity and operational prowess. Not an easy accomplishment. So many ideas die on the cutting room floor because people can't implement. What sets apart the doers from the dreamers?
