Are Cold Stone ice cream cakes worth it?

Again, super artificial, but also super tasty and delicious. It's like a war of common sense and nutrition, to indulgence, taste and again...nostalgia. I'm starting to think that ice cream is so appealing to me because of the memories and feelings it triggers insides, much like watching a hilarious slapstick movie, like Hot Shots or Airplane.
